Questions

Why does every firm start with Transformation?

The hard part of becoming AI-native is the operating model: which work an agent does alone and which work a lawyer approves. In 16 weeks we set that up with the firm, load its memory and train its team, so the monthly plan starts on a firm that already runs on Rafik.

What is a credit?

The unit the agents draw from your monthly pool. Every action shows its cost in credits in the platform before anyone requests it, and the whole firm shares one pool.

What happens if we run out of credits?

You buy a credit pack or move up a plan. You see the price before you activate either one.

Does Rafik ever move client money?

No. Rafik prepares pre-bills and reconciles trust accounts, and flags differences. A person at the firm approves and moves the money.

For companies

Buying legal work for your company?

Rafik’s own firm serves companies in Mexico that have no legal department, with monthly plans in Mexican pesos.
